IV. LAIN-LAIN:
1. Perusahaan wajib menyampaikan Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal (LKPM),
dengan periode Pelaporan:
a. Laporan Triwulan I disampaikan paling lambat pada tanggal 1O bulan April
tahun Yang bersangkutan;
b. Laporan Triwulan II disampaikan paling lambat pada tanggal 10 bulan Juli
tahun yang bersangkutan;
c. Laporan Triwulan III disampaikan paling lambat pada tanggal 10 bulan
Oktober tahun Yang bersangkutan;
d. Laporan Triwulan IV disampaikan paling lambat pada tanggal 10 bulan
Januari tahun berikutnYa.
