Don't buy LG, their customer suppor

Don't buy LG, their customer support is horrible, I canceled an on line order and was charged after the cancelation. I have called 4 times and have been told each time I would be refunded, still nothing after a month. I have also asked for email confirmation nothing, but they say they will. If you email their support they reply to call them. They will flat rip you off!
