IZIN INVESTASI TIGA JAM

Dalam rangka mereformasi perizinan investasi, Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal melakukan terobosan perizinan untuk mempermudah realisasi minat investasi di Indonesia, dalam bentuk peluncuran Layanan Izin Investasi 3 Jam yang akan dilakukan pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2015.

Izin Investasi 3 Jam adalah Izin Prinsip dengan kriteria tertentu yang diproses dalam satu paket dengan penerbitan Akta Pendirian Perusahaan dan Pengesahan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, NPWP, serta Informasi Ketersediaan Tanah (blocking tanah) dalam waktu 3 Jam. Adapun kriteria yang dapat memanfaatkan layanan ini adalah sebagai berikut :

Rencana Investasi paling sedikit Rp. 100.000.000.000,00 (Seratus Milyar Rupiah), dan / atau
Rencana penggunaan tenaga kerja Indonesia di atas 1.000 (seribu) orang.
Permohonan disampaikan oleh calon pemegang saham dengan cara datang langsung ke PTSP Pusat di BKPM (catatan: Dapat salah satu calon pemegang saham mewakili calon pemegang saham lainnya dengan melampirkan surat kuasa. Surat kuasa dari salah satu pemegang saham berisi kuasa untuk:
mengurus Izin Investasi,
menghadap notaris:
menandatangani akta pendirian,
setuju menjadi direksi atau komisaris perseroan,
setuju menjadi pemegang saham sebesar berapa persen.
