PERATURAN
MENTERI PERDAGANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA
NOMOR: 08/M-DAG/PER/3/2010
TENTANG
ALAT-ALAT UKUR, TAKAR, TIMBANG, DAN PERLENGKAPANNYA (UTTP)
YANG WAJIB DITERA DAN DITERA ULANG
DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA
MENTERI PERDAGANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA,
Menimbang
:
a. bahwa untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 2 dan Pasal 4 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 2 Tahun 1985 tentang Wajib dan Pembebasan Untuk Ditera dan/atau Ditera Ulang Serta Syarat-syarat Bagi Alat-alat Ukur, Takar, Timbang, dan Perlengkapannya (UTTP), perlu mengatur syarat teknis dan jenis UTTP yang wajib ditera dan ditera ulang;
b. bahwa pengaturan syarat teknis dan jenis UTTP yang wajib ditera dan ditera ulang dilakukan dalam rangka menjamin kebenaran hasil pengukuran, penakaran, atau penimbangan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan perlindungan kepada konsumen dan produsen UTTP;
c. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a dan huruf b, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan;
Mengingat
:
1. Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1981 tentang Metrologi Legal (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1981 Nomor 11, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3193);
2. Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1999 Nomor 42, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3821);
3. Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2001 tentang Otonomi Khusus Bagi Provinsi Papua (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2001 Nomor 135, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4151) sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2008 (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2008 Nomor 112, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4884);
4. Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2004 Nomor 125, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4437) sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2008 (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2008 Nomor 59, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4844);

Considering
:
