TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Presiden terpilih, Joko Widodo, menyiapkan empat calon untuk mengisi posisi jaksa agung. Dari keempat calon itu, tiga orang berasal dari luar Kejaksaan Agung. Ketiganya adalah Kepala Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) Muhammad Yusuf, bekas Kepala PPATK Yunus Husein, dan Deputi Penegakan Hukum Unit Kerja Presiden Bidang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Pembangunan, Mas Achmad Santosa, yang juga bekas anggota Satuan Tugas Pemberantasan Mafia Hukum. Ketiganya dikenal aktif dalam pemberantasan korupsi dan pencucian uang.

Satu calon lain, menurut sumber itu, berasal dari internal Kejaksaan Agung. Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejaksaan Agung Tonny Spontana membenarkan Jaksa Agung Basrief Arief telah merekomendasikan penggantinya berasal dari kalangan internal. Sedangkan Muhammad Yusuf mengaku belum mengetahui namanya menjadi kandidat. Tapi, sama seperti Yunus, Yusuf mengaku siap ditunjuk sebagai jaksa agung. Mas Achmad Santosa, yang biasa dipanggil Ota, enggan berkomentar soal adanya kemungkinan menggantikan Basrief. Yunus, Yusuf, dan Ota mengaku belum dihubungi oleh Jokowi ataupun timnya. Koordinator Hukum dan Monitoring Peradilan Indonesia Corruption Watch Emerson Yuntho mengingatkan Jokowi agar memilih jaksa agung yang bisa membersihkan institusi tersebut dari praktek korupsi. Jaksa terpilih, kata Emerson, juga harus bisa melakukan gebrakan dalam penanganan kasus korupsi. Emerson mengingatkan pemilihan figur jaksa agung menjadi pertaruhan Jokowi dan koalisi pendukungnya untuk memenuhi janji kampanye dalam bidang hukum.

Koordinator Komisi untuk Orang Hilang dan Korban Tindak Kekerasan, Haris Azhar, meminta Jokowi memilih jaksa agung yang bisa menuntaskan berbagai kasus pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. Dia mengingatkan, ada banyak kasus hak asasi yang belum diselesaikan Kejaksaan Agung. Misalnya, kasus 1965, Talangsari, Semanggi, penembakan misterius, Munir, dan penghilangan aktivis. Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Ahmad Basarah mengatakan partainya ingin posisi jaksa agung ditempati tokoh berintegritas, seperti pimpinan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Apalagi, kata Basarah, KPK kini menjadi tumpuan pemberantasan korupsi. “Tapi kami menyerahkan soal calon yang dipilih kepada Jokowi,” katanya.
