Dalam 1(satu)tahun sejak diterbitkannya Izin Usaha sebagaimana tersebut pada butir5(lima),wajib ditindaklanjuti dengan Izin Usaha Perubahan dengan reaslisasi investasi di atas Rp. 10.000.000.000,00(sepuluh miliar Rupiah)di luar tanah dan bangunan.
