The Government through the Coordinating Minister for Legal, political and security Djoko Suyanto was responding to a statement of a presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto who withdrew from the presidential elections of 2014. "The Government holds we submit fully to ELECTION COMMISSION pursuant to those powers that are set in legislation," said Djoko in a news conference at the Office of Menkopolhukam, Jakarta, Monday (22/7/2014).
Present in the press conference the police Chief Sutarman, Chief of the General AFFAIRS of the INDONESIAN Generals Moeldoko, Minister of Home Affairs Gamawan Fauzi, and National Intelligence Agency Chief Marciano Norman.
Djoko said, according to the mandate of the 1945 Constitution and the law on presidential elections, segara matters related to the 56th general election is the ELECTION COMMISSION authority.
