itu kan bisa diaudit... minta alamatnya ke KPU, terus datangin alamatnya secara random, cukup 500 alamat, dan tanyakan apakah mereka terima surat pilpres atau nggak? sangat mudah membuktikannya, apakah surat itu betul2 dikirimkan atau tidak ke pemilih?
