Untuk menjelaskan kronologi terjadinya Loss dB Komplek Metro 1 RW05 akan diuraikan sebagai berikut :
1. Pada Tgl 28-10-2016 sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB, telah dilaksanakan Test kelurusan di CO Nest to ODC RW07 dan Rw11 yang dilaksanakan oleh jointer PT.APJ yang melibatkan pengetesan patch core yang di unplug (Patch Core Metro Permata RW 05).
2. Setelah pengetasan selesai, team tidak memasang kembali patch core tersebut (Patch Core Metro Permata RW 05). Sehingga mengakibatkan loss dB disisi ODP site Metro Permata RW05.
3. 29 Oktober 2016 ZTE menerima Complain dari team FO IndosatM2 sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB menginformasikan bahwa ODP yang akan disambungkan dengan pelanggan baru oleh team FO memiliki loss dB.
4. Dari kondisi ini, team ZTE segera merespon dan menganalisa complain dari point 3.
5. Team ZTE datang ke lokasi dan memperbaiki complain pada tanggal 29 Oktober 2016, pada pukul 21.00 WIB dengan cara memasang kembali patch cord yang di unplug oleh team jointer subcon ZTE (Patch Core untuk site Metro Permata RW 05) di site CO Nest.
