2 Masa berlaku Izin Prinsip Penanaman Modal ini sama dengan jadwal waktu
penyelesaian proyek.
3 Jadwal waktu penyelesaian proyek dapat diperpanjang paling lama 3 (tiga) tahun
sejak tanggal diterbitkannya perizinan tentang perpanjangan jadwal waktu
penyelesaian proyek.
4 Permohonan perpanjangan jadwal waktu penyelesaian proyek harus diajukan
sebelum berakhirnya jadwal waktu penyelesaian proyek yang ditetapkan Izin
Prinsip Penanaman Modal ini.
5 izin Prinsip Penanaman Modal wajib ditindaklanjuti dengan pengajuan lzin
Usaha ke PTSP Pusat di BKPM.
6 Izin Prinsip Penanaman Modal yang jadwal waktu penyelesaian proyeknya telah
berakhir dan tidak diperpanjang, atau tidak ditindaklanjuti dengan lzin Usaha
sebelum jadwal waktu penyelesaian proyek berakhir, maka dinyatakan batal
demi hukum.
